Gala Dinner Ticket Terms and Conditions

Note for the ticket purchaser: Please ensure that you relay ticket terms and conditions, including the dress code and code of conduct, to all parties in your group.

1. Non-Refundable Purchases: All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
2. Seating Capacity: Each table has a maximum seating capacity of 10 guests. Multiple tables are allowed.
3. Dress Code: The dress code for the event is Black Tie/Formal. Formal attire is required. Examples of appropriate attire include a tuxedo, suit with tie, gown, cocktail dress, or pantsuit.
4. Attendee Information: All attendees must provide their names, contact details, and dietary requirements to Landscape Queensland no later than Thursday 31 October 2024. Any requirements submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed.
5. Non-Transferable Tickets: Ticket attendee names are non-transferrable after 4 pm on Thursday 31 October 2024.
6. Accommodation: Accommodation bookings are not the responsibility of Landscape Queensland and are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party providers.
7. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA): The RSA policy will be enforced during the event.
8. No Outside Alcohol or Illegal Substances: Attendees are not allowed to bring alcohol or illegal substances into the venue.
9. Adherence to Event Code of Conduct: All attendees must adhere to the Landscape Queensland Event Code of Conduct at all times during the event.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Landscape Queensland reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions as it deems necessary.
