Gala Dinner Ticket Terms and Conditions
Note for the ticket purchaser: Please ensure that you relay ticket terms and conditions, including the dress code and code of conduct, to all parties in your group.
- Non-Refundable Purchases: All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
- Seating Capacity: Each table has a maximum seating capacity of 10 guests. Multiple tables are allowed.
- Dress Code: The dress code for the event is Black Tie/Formal. Formal attire is required. Examples of appropriate attire include a tuxedo, suit with tie, gown, cocktail dress, or pantsuit.
- Attendee Information: All attendees must provide their names, contact details, and dietary requirements to Landscape Queensland no later than Thursday 31 October 2024. Any requirements submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed.
- Non-Transferable Tickets: Ticket attendee names are non-transferrable after 4 pm on Thursday 31 October 2024.
- Accommodation: Accommodation bookings are not the responsibility of Landscape Queensland and are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party providers.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA): The RSA policy will be enforced during the event.
- No Outside Alcohol or Illegal Substances: Attendees are not allowed to bring alcohol or illegal substances into the venue.
- Adherence to Event Code of Conduct: All attendees must adhere to the Landscape Queensland Event Code of Conduct at all times during the event.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions: Landscape Queensland reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions as it deems necessary.
