Job Title: Trade Market Sales & Service Coordinator
Location: WILLAWONG - Brisbane
Description:
Reporting to the Trade Market Manager, the role involves hands on sales and customer service, along with plant consultation, scanning stock, processing payments and liaising with suppliers. Plus general nursery duties including weeding, watering, merchandising, grounds maintenance and using trade equipment.
Plantmark offers a four-week induction and training program, with face-to face learning and online courses presenting a roadmap for success in the role.

The ideal candidate will have a positive work ethic and genuine enthusiasm plus passion for plants, together with:

Knowledge of Botanical plant ID and experience in horticulture.

Customer service skills with a proactive approach to solving queries.

Accountability for tasks with a sense of urgency and keen eye for detail.

Ability to effectively work unsupervised as well as in a team.

Capable of regular heavy lifting tasks and working outside in all weather.
